SEMI FULL WEDDING COORDINATION P 20,000
- Wedding consultation
- Up to 5 pre-event meetings before the event (including site visitation);
- Unlimited phone calls, text messaging, and electronic mails by the Team to the Client, vice- versa.
- Site Visitation
- Ocular inspection of ceremony and reception venues at least 2 weeks before the event
- Budget Planning
- Developing and Review of Timeline;
- Assistance in sequencing of the program;
- Scouting, Contacting and Booking of minor suppliers;
- Coordination with suppliers
- Suppliers Contract Review;
- Confirmation of suppliers commitment;
- Advise suppliers of the venues and call time;
- Guests Management and Confirmation
- Assistance in seat-layout arrangement;
- Coordination of roles and responsibilities of the participants;
Wedding Preparation
- Four (4) hours before the ceremony starts, wedding coordinators will be in their respective areas to start the coordination.
- Will assist the bride and groom during the hotel pictorial.
- Will make sure the timely arrival of groom and bride at least half an hour before the wedding ceremony.
- Ensures the arrival of expected suppliers at the hotel and their delivery of requirements.
- Supervises crew meals and schedule of breakfast or lunch for all suppliers.
Wedding Church
- Coordinators will make sure flowers were delivered, properly arranged at the venue and distributed among the members of the bridal entourage.
- Distribution of accessories to the participants
- Assist choir or strings for sound check and throughout the ceremony.
- Organize the members of the entourage in the processional line.
- Supervise the entrance of the bridal entourage
- Assist the photographers for the pictorial after the ceremony.
Wedding Reception
- All Coordinators will be present during reception to make sure program will run smoothly.
- Venue set-up will be checked by an advance party.
- Technical run for the sounds and AVP equipment.
- Registration, receiving of guests and assisting guests to their respective seats.
- Provide copy of the program flow and brief all suppliers involved during the reception.
- Assist the Host to ensure smooth flow of the program and maintain timing of each event.
- Coordinate grand entrance of couple with their entourage.
- Will handle non-cash gifts and distribution of souvenirs.
- Will assist the couple and photographer during photo sessions.
- Will make sure that the sequencing of reception program is followed.
- Turnover of all wedding materials and accessories to the authorized representative of the client.
- Monitor packing of excess food after the program.
- Payment distribution.
